Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the diced onions, carrots, celery, and garlic in a large pot with olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a boil.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
