  • 1 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for coating
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, ensuring even shapes for perfect presentation.
  4. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, then roll in additional shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Place the coated bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
