  • 1/2 cup yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base Ingredients: In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if you’re using it. Stir well to combine until everything is nicely blended.
  2. Chill Overnight: Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
