A delightful Coconut Buttercream Frosting that adds a tropical touch to any cake or cupcake with its creamy texture and hint of coconut flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Creaming the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Sweetening the Mixture: Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Adding Creaminess and Flavor: Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
