Warm, gooey blondies with a cinnamon sugar topping that are easy to make and delightful to enjoy.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Mix the remaining granulated sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the blondies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
