  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
