A delightful layered dessert featuring rich chocolate cake, smooth chocolate pudding, and fresh strawberries, crowned with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, sliced
  • 1 chocolate cake (store-bought or homemade), cut into cubes
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Layer the chocolate cake cubes at the bottom of a large trifle dish or individual cups.
  2. Top the cake layer with a delicious layer of chocolate pudding.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  4. Repeat the layering process until you reach the top, ending with whipped cream.
  5. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or dust cocoa powder over the whipped cream.
  7. Chill the trifle for at least 1 hour before serving.
