  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. Mix in a large bowl the chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Combine the powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and heavy cream in a bowl to make the ganache.
  5. Pour the ganache over the cooled cake and spread evenly.
  6. Allow the ganache to set before slicing and serving.
