Delicious crispy feta rolls drizzled with a sweet and spicy chili honey sauce, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo dough or spring roll wrappers
  • Chili honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs (optional, e.g., oregano or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut feta cheese into small rectangles or triangles.
  3. Lay a piece of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place a piece of feta at one end of the dough and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat until all feta is wrapped.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, seam side down, and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with chili honey right before serving.

Notes

For best results, keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying. You can also freeze the prepared rolls before baking for later use.
