Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in butter over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes each side.
  3. Set the chicken aside on a plate.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Create the sauce by stirring in chicken broth and cream; let it simmer.
