A comforting casserole made with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and crunchy stuffing, all enveloped in creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the casserole.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, use leftover rotisserie chicken and feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
