Delightful bite-sized pizza bombs filled with cheese and pepperoni, perfect for game nights or as appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
  3. Cut the pizza dough into squares, about 2 inches on each side.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the surface to prevent sticking.
  5. Add a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese to the center of each dough square.
  6. Place a slice or two of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pepperoni and mozzarella.
  8. Dust with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  9. Fold the corners of each dough square towards the center to seal the filling inside.
  10. Gently roll each dough ball between your hands to ensure it’s fully sealed and round.
  11. Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  12. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  13. While baking, pour marinara sauce into a small dipping bowl.
  14. Allow pizza bombs to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, add cornmeal to the baking sheet. Experiment with different fillings to customize your pizza bombs.
