A warm loaf of garlicky, cheesy goodness that is perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of soft bread (e.g., Italian or French)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut your loaf into slices, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture between the slices of the bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded mozzarella between the slices of bread.
  6. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the bread and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in foil to keep moist.
