A delightful and versatile breakfast dish that combines eggs, cheese, and vegetables for a satisfying meal.

  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup cooked meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) – optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
