  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then combine with the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Form cookie dough balls, flatten dough, add cheesecake filling, and wrap the dough around it.
  8. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Don’t overbake; they will continue to cook slightly after removal from the oven.
