A light, airy take on classic cheesecake that’s effortless and delicious, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Stir in the mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
