A comfort casserole featuring a buttery, garlic-infused biscuit topping over a hearty filling of savory beef, creamy mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper with the beef.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, then spoon it over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
