Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the aioli.
  3. Cook the Beyond Burger patty according to package instructions.
  4. Toast the burger buns if desired.
  5. Assemble the burger with aioli, lettuce, cooked patty, caramelized onions, and tomato.

Notes
