A delicious twist on traditional pizza, combining spicy buffalo chicken with creamy ranch dressing. Perfect for game day or pizza night!

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, and brush with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread a layer of ranch dressing over the dough.
  6. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  10. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference. For a crispy crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for a few minutes before adding toppings.
