Delicious Buffalo chicken wrapped around gooey mozzarella sticks, perfect for parties or game days.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until well coated.
  2. Wrap a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture around each mozzarella stick.
  3. Dredge the chicken-wrapped cheese in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Repeat the wrapping and coating process until all sticks are prepared.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

Leftover mozzarella sticks can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
