A vibrant and healthy stir fry featuring broccoli and mushrooms, flavored with garlic and ginger, perfect for quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired, then serve warm.

Notes
