Ingredients
Scale
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
Instructions
Start by washing and patting dry your chicken breasts. Cut them into bite-size pieces to ensure they cook evenly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss well to coat evenly.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You want it nice and hot so your chicken gets that beautiful golden-brown crust.
Add the seasoned chicken morsels to the skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Once one side is golden and crispy, flip the chicken pieces over. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. Give it a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor, and you’re ready to serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
