Delightful Biscoff balls combining creamy, crumbly, and sweet textures, reminiscent of childhood favorites.

Ingredients

  • 20 Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz white chocolate, for melting

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies.
  2. Create the cookie mixture by blending the crushed cookies, Biscoff cookie butter, and cream cheese.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into balls, approximately the size of a tablespoon.
  5. Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
  6. Coat each ball in melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Set the chocolate-covered balls at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate to set faster.

Notes

Store leftover Biscoff balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
