A fun twist on the classic burger, Big Mac Pizza combines the flavors of a Big Mac with the joy of pizza, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup special sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pizza crust package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle diced onions and slices of pickles over the beef.
  6. Add shredded cheddar cheese over the toppings.
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with special sauce before slicing and serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding American cheese along with the cheddar. Feel free to experiment with toppings like tomatoes or bacon. For a crispy crust, bake on a pizza stone.
