A quick and delicious fusion of fried rice and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons bang bang sauce (mayonnaise and sriracha mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and bang bang sauce; stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, use cold leftover rice to prevent the dish from becoming mushy.
