  • 1/2 cup crumb topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently to preserve their juiciness.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and sprinkle with crumb topping if using.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
