  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
