A rich and creamy filling made with Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and tarts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture until fully incorporated.

Notes

Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Stir well before using again.
