  • 8 slices white sandwich bread
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
  2. Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of cheddar cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
  4. Wrap each sandwich with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
