A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring vibrant green beans coated in a rich garlic sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
