A delightful dessert combining rich cream cheese with the sweet and nutty flavor of Amaretto liqueur, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter to create a crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in sour cream, Amaretto liqueur, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with sliced almonds before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, pair with coffee or tea. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze individual slices.
