A quick and flavorful pasta dish that combines chicken sausage, colorful vegetables, and penne pasta, all made in one pan in just 35 minutes.

  • 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
