  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add the fresh lemon juice and zest over the cooked chicken.
  6. Cook for an additional minute to thicken the sauce.
