  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken pieces evenly in the cornstarch and flour mixture.

  4. In another saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  5. Bring the sauce mixture to a gentle simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Toss the fried chicken into the orange sauce, ensuring every piece is coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with slices of green onions.
